Patient Participation Group - Castleford Medical Practice

We are always looking for ways we can improve our service to you. To help us with this, we have a Patient Participation Group (PPG) which is held at the practice quarterly. We ask members of this group for feedback on various topics, such as the practice appointment system, the telephone system, and the quality of the care or service you received.
