Appointments System

All consultations are by appointment and can be booked over the telephone or in person at reception between 08:00 – 18:30. The majority of appointments can be booked in advance however some slots are reserved for “on the day” emergencies.

We providing an open surgery on Mondays. If you ring the practice between 08:00 to 10:00 on Mondays, we guarantee an appointment that day. After 10:00 calls are triaged and appointments are given same day based on clinical need.

Although patients are able to book an appointment with any GP at the practice, you can request a specific GP for a routine appointment if you require. Please bear in mind however that you may have to wait longer to see your doctor of choice.

Patients are reminded that an appointment is for 10 minutes and for one person and one condition only. If you think you might need longer, or if someone else in your family needs to be seen, please book two appointments.
